No Minors

Designated Records Custodian
Without limiting in any way the applicability of the above-stated exemptions, the operators of this website have designated the custodian, whose address appears below, to be the keeper of original records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for all materials appearing on this website.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Sophie Uncensored cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by emailing the Sophie Uncensored customer support team at:
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Sophie Uncensored will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period.
Free Trial
Sophie Uncensored team may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).
If you enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged.
Sophie Uncensored reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial at any time.
Subscription Cancellations
Sophie Uncensored subscription automatically renews monthly. You may cancel at any time before the end of the billing period.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you confirm you are over 18 and that your information is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its content remain the exclusive property of Sophie Uncensored and its licensors.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sophie Uncensored and its affiliates.
Limitation Of Liability
